These heavey stone slabs and other sheet cargos are heavy, brittle and financially valuable. Average wooden pallets are easy to break under heavy weight, absorb moisture to weaken the wood and fail to provide adequate protection. In order to optimize this aspect, our heavy-duty stackable steel racks are specially designed to meet the rigorous demands of stone fabrication, storage and transportation, offering a robust, reliable and space-efficient system for stone wholesalers, fabricators and project contractors, etc. 

Manufactured from high-grade structural steel with reinforced crossbeam and square tube as legs, these racks are designed for extreme point-load pressures, generally 2500 to 3500kg. The four legs are assembled with reinforced bolts, which saves loading space and shipping cost if you disassemble them during shipment. The highlight of these racks are their features of stackable function. We design four pins with cups on top, so the pins could be inserted to the leg tubes. When you don't need the racks for the moment, they could stacked or piled up together, which saves much spaces of your warehouses or factories. What's more, we design these racks with two square tubes in the middle for forklift to move these heavy racks, which improves the working efficiency and protects the safey of on-site workers. Since our client prefers to use these racks for outdoor spaces, all these racks are finished with galanized surface. They well avoid corrosion in daily weather condition and last years of usage.
