Widely applied in stone processing factories, stone yards, construction material showrooms, stone slabs warehouses and logistics centers, it effectively solves the problems of slab tipping, scratching, cracking and messy stacking during storage and turnover.
The whole bracket is fabricated with thickened rectangular steel tubes and welded with full penetration welding technology. And it could be separated into 5 parts, so as to saving shipping space and cost from our factory to your target sites. After installation, the integrated triangular support structure greatly enhances structural stability and load-bearing capacity, resisting deformation under long-term heavy load. The surface is treated with matte black electrostatic spray painting, featuring strong anti-rust, anti-corrosion, oil-proof and wear-resistant performance, adapting to damp, dusty and harsh workshop environments.
Four embedded blue textured anti-slip rubber mats are installed on the base bearing positions. The bumpy surface increases friction between the stone slab and the rack, preventing lateral sliding and displacement. Meanwhile, the soft rubber layer avoids direct hard collision between metal frame and stone edges, perfectly protecting polished slab surfaces from chipping, scratches and edge damage.
