Stone Block Trimming And Repair Worktable Heavy-duty Marble Block Cutting Workbench From China
The struction of this stone block trimming worktable could be divided to four parts. The bottom part is base platform to install four heavy-duty wheels, so as to run on the floor rails in quarries or stone factories. The platform is welded with U-beams and middle box section. Then on top of this platform is a heavy-duty roller track that allow the upside worktable and loading stone block to be rotated flexibly. So we have this worktable as thrid part, also welded with channel steel and box section to bear heavy stone blocks. We need to specially emphasize that we keep the box section empty, so as to pour concrete and form a stronger and more lasting platform. Finaly, the top worktable is also connected to four steel columns with adjustable bars, which ensures the block is kept on the right position and workers are safe from danger. Of course, the rotating process is powered by motor without much labor cost. Therefore, this smart design of block repair workbench is useful in removing excess or irregular portions of various stone blocks, in order to realize perfect 90 degree of angles and parallel faces. It will finally improve stone slab yield and quality control.
