This heavy‑duty U‑type lifting beam is specially engineered for safe handling, transporting and loading of full‑packaged stone slabs, including quartz stone, marble and granite large panels in stone factories, warehouses or stone yards. Designed to cooperate with overhead cranes, it solves the long‑standing pain point of difficult turnover and hoisting of bundled stone slabs. With high-strength steel plate, we realize the integral U-shaped heavy-duty steel structure, which supports the heavy loads and avoids deformation after long time of use. The top lifting lugs are designed as the connection points to overhead crane hooks, which ensures the stable suspension and balanced loading force across the whole lifting beam. Besides, the long-reach fork-in design of lower part of the boom is built with two robust steel plate, which realizes a gap to include the bundled stone slabs in the middle. In this way can we protect the stone surface and wooden package from breaking and improves the hoisting efficiency.
